Sanjeev K. Singh, an active member of INTA (International Trademarks Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), MARQUES (The European Association of Trade Mark Owners), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association), ABA (American Bar Association) and Supreme Court of India Bar Association & Delhi High Court Bar Association having vast experience of 20 years practice and an expert in IP litigation matters. He has handled several complicated litigations matters and a number of landmarks reported cases have been argued by him. Mr. Singh has been visiting faculty of National Institute of Intellectual Property Management and Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Kharagpur, W.B., India;
